BAD SERVICE AT PEP MENLYN

I had a very bad service at pep menlyn . The cashier doesn’t greet customers, she is very rude and has an attitude even after me she gave 2 customers a bad service . After I had complained she still greeted the 3rd customer with “hi” which was so unprofessional and she spoke in a very bad tone .i reported the matter to Xoli and hopefully she will give me feedback regarding this matter . If the matter has not been resolved I will take this further …bad customer service is not acceptable as I work with customers as well

Her treatment is not acceptable PERIODT
