Bad service at PEP Meadowdale

I was at PEP store meadowdale on Sunday and the there was a lady on the floor helping customers ,I was there to buy trousers for my boy and there was no size on the there ,I then requested a size from the lady two trousers and she helped hence she was busy cleaning ,when I arrive at the counter I was helped by Mpho, I requested for more trousers due to the price the lady was very rude and not willing to help at she told me that I should have asked the person who helped me 1st to help me again hence I was at the till and she even told me to step aside ,I escalated the matter to leader and she asked her to apologise but Mpho didn't do that ,I worried more about how she treat customer and here behaviour towards customers ,she is not customer orientated.
