Bad service at Pep clothing and Pep cell in Letsoho Shopping center

Bad customer service at Pep store and Pepcell at Letsoho shopping center. On Monday, Tuesday and Today I've been going there to send Via Paxi for all these days they keep saying they are offline or network is bothering them. if network is really a issue how do they process card payments. If its not Paxi that is offline cash send is offline. It is said how people need jobs but failing to appreciate and do the right thing when ever they get a job. i have never experienced such things in Hlahatsi and Parkmeadows .
