Bad service @ Pep cell greenacres

The assistant gave me very bad customer service, she refused to assist me with sending my Avon return, had excuses that it needs to be boxed yet its in the Avon return bag, nd even when my return was in a box she had excuses that there's no paxi return stickers to do my returns, I think pep should really train their staff customer service as they will lose customers with arrogant and rude staff
