Bad service at pep cell

So I went to courier at pep cell Birchacres shopping center, got there and sanitized. While on the queue the lady comes by the name of Thabelo. Next customer she says, I went and greeted, ask for a small bag to courier. She stand and look at me and ask what's your problem are you alright. I ask what she means, she says I'm greeting you. But I greeted first and she didn't respond which I assumed she didn't hear. She is already talking with attitude and I had to repeat myself that I greeted, I'm asking for a paxi bag to courier. Before I finish talking she tells me we don't have bags, they were long finish. Next customer... Please Pep store take your staff on training, they must know we are there to bring their salaries. If that's how she talks to customers and treat people not at work. Many people would do anything to get the jobs they lost. And why don't the store have paxi bags for that long, that's if she was telling the truth...
