Bad service at pep!

The manager at Pep stores barclay sqaure, Sunnyside is rude! *********** for a manager running the store...They sold me a mobile fone that doesnt work properly nd they didnt even check to see if it works properly when i first bought it, no one explained terms nd conditions to me nd now they refuse to give me a refund because im one week late on my warranty whereas i explained to them this is my first sunday off duty since buying the fone hence returning it now only, also i never signed the terms nd conditions agreement because nobody took the liberty of explaining it all to me...The manager nd two staff members stood there nd laughed at me while i launched my complaint and one staff member even had the audacity to say "yes i know its fully charged but when u use it, it shuts down shem", almost like they know they selling us fones that dont work...They want me to wait 4weeks for repair and i explained to them this is my sons way of communication with his father but they stood there nd humilliated me nd laughed in my face...I left that fone there but i want justice!
