Bad Service and Swearing

Today I was at the pep Stores in East Rand Mall. Me and my mom stood on the wrong side of the queue and the cashiers there didn't correct us but continued to chat with her friend. After some time we asked if we should come to her and she rep**** saying we are busy discussing and she is not responsible for telling us to come there. SHE continued to swear at us and unfortunately I forgot to take down her name but if that's how these employees treat customers that's a damn shame. I am disgusted to the core and will never set my foot there ever again
