Bad Service and Infringement of Customer Rights

It is with great sadness to submit this official complaint against PEP Colesberg, store number 314 under manager, Enoch.

My sister purchased a gown for my niece at the store and later found it was big. She requested an exchange and was refused the transaction, despite the tag still being there. The manager and the staff were all not forthcoming and rude and this is a measure of last resort and plea that this be rectified and steps accordingly taken.

Despite her rights being infringed as a customer in terms of the Consumer Act, the conduct and the behaviour from the management is unacceptable.

I would appreciate a speedy response with regards to this matter.
