Bad service and incompitancy

I had a parcel delivered to ikhwani when i went to pepe cell ikhwani ,when i went to pep cell inanda next to boxer they send me to pep inanda next to shoprite they noth send me to pep Dube village . Cashier who was assist me Sbongiseni never had the time even to assis 2ith store locater asbi have been running around in circles mind you am 8 months pregnant .A guys by the name Msizi from pep dube village was the one who put an effort however i still dont have my parcel...Next time if they can have maybe a store locater as the directions even on Google maps send me to dube village and dube village sends me to inanda mtshebhen which is also time and money consumption
