bad service and attitude

<p>I don't know if pep stores have VIP access and 1st preference customer if you guys do can I fall in that category so I can be help quickly and professionally, went to one of your stores in taung next to shop rite, after being in the queue for 20min and 2nd in the line to helped, cashier by TSHOLO helped one of her friends who just came in straight to her and bought airtime. I then questioned the lady why is he being helped before me whereas was the 1st and she told cause the guy is buying airtime, I told her I'm buying airtime too why him and was told to wait my turn and she had no idea I'm buying airtime.with all the people in the queue waiting to be served but not getting proper service. Yet the cashier displayed attitude and showed no remorse in what she has done. Yet she helped me with no interest, really dissappointed by such behaviour coming from one of the biggest retailers in the market which should be leading by example</p>
