bad service and attitude

<p> </p> <p>I went to PEP Mall of the North in Limpopo Polokwane to buy my sons a few pairs of socks and pay my DSTV account. Upon arrival I saw a few people standing in line, I patiently browsed through the different pairs and eventually found what I liked for my boys. I stood in a line for over 5 minutes with no one attending to us at the tills.</p> <p> </p> <p><br />A lady by the name of Clerentina or something like that passed us shouting out aloud "I'm cleaning here, why should I work the till" I said Hi to her, and asked who will attend to the long line of people and she said to me "someone will help you" as she dissapeared into the Isles of the shop.</p> <p> </p> <p><br />When I peeped over the counter I noticed another lady sitting down, When I took a picture of her she stood up and shouted "guys come, they are taking pictures for a status" guess she was referring to Facebook. </p> <p> </p> <p><br />The lady then showed the others who I am and as I payed they whispered in each others ears and I in got the worst service in return.</p> <p> </p> <p>people responsible are elita, Rose, Pheladi and Clerentina.</p>
