BAD SERVICE
Good day
I bought headphones at Pep Hillcrest in 15 December 2024. Within 7 days of purchase tried to return it with my proof of payment of course, reason being; it did not have the sound I expected, sounds the same as my son's fone. I bought those headphones for him. Returned them to Pep Cell Dorothy Nyembe Street (320 building) in Durban, was assisted by a Teller, then Hlobi Zulu, whom.I have no idea whether she's a Supervisor or a Manager there,. Whatever she is, she is not fit to be a Leader. She was very rude to me, together with Teller, small, dark, African guy. Firstly she did not introduce herself, she did not ask my name, she kept on calling me Ma, as if I'm her mother's age. I was very humiliated infront of other customers. She took the headphones and took them at the back, came back and said there's nothing wrong with them, they take them back only if there's a technical issue. I said to her, but I'm not happy with the quality of the product. She said she can't help me. I asked if they have a testing station, to test the headphones before purchasing, she said No, then I said how was I to know I was not gonna be happy with the sound. She said no I can't help you. I then asked her for her name and surname she said Hlobi Zulu. This lady really really humiliated me in front of their customers, was talking aggressively towards me.. I would like this matter to be dealt with, or I'm involving Consumer Act
