Bad service

I have a complaint against Pep stores at small street,I have a parcel that I tried to collect on the 10th of September ,I went to collect it on Sunday the 12th because the board or sign at the door says trading hours on saturday is until 14h00 and Sundays they open from 9 until 1h00,to my surprise on that Sunday the shop was closed,I tried again on Saturday the 18th and arrived at exactly 14h00 at the door and it looks like they closed way before that because they were busy cashing up,I tried to call for help to find out if they will open the next day which was Sunday since previous Sunday the shop was closed,the 2 ladies were not interested,This is unacceptable and bad for customers,if you not trading according to the hours displayed please remove it because you are misleading us as customers.
