Bad service

Good morning

My name is Masechaba Melato, yesterday the 9th of July i went to pep cell Sky city to send Raw Shea Butter to my client, i was assisted by a lady called Hellen she says she is the store Manager and her regional manager is Thabile she does not knw her surname. She refused to assist saying she was well trained by Paxi , she showed me what they send and do not send the list. I asked her where does Shea butter fall under, she said Gas ,fluids and liquids.

I told her its not a fluid though she refused assisting , she said us clients we send drugs inside cream tubs, i explained its not cream she said i must open my parcel, tried explaining that i can not open as its a clients package. I ended up opening it she saw it i asked her if she thinks, that Shea butter is liquid. She stuck to her point of clients sending drugs via paxi so she wont assist, she was back chatting and rolling eyes. Its the second time she refused to assist me, i explained that all other pep stores assist me , she said she is not all other pep stores.

She then said to me she will call paxi and her boss and i must come back to the store for feedback, i suggested she takes my number and call me im still waiting for that call. I need to understand how do i show a cashier my parcel and she insinuates that it has drugs inside, she cant send because paxi clients transport drugs with body butters.
