Bad Service

I went to Pep Atteridgeville Stadium Centre to exchange some clothes.As I entered the store a lady told me to place the items on the counter and get the correct sizes I need.I did so then stood in a queue,when it was my turn I was assisted by a lady named Maureen I told her that I’m here to make an exchange I handed her the slip and the correct items I got then she asked where are the ones I came with then I told her I was instructed to place them ok the counter she then asked me rudely so if she should be the one fetching then for me I kindly and calmly told her that I was told to place them there and stand in the queue she gave me a horrible look as if what I said was stupid….I am very disappointed because employees at this store are not friendly and their customer service is awful.I think they take advantage that it is a store in a black community and no one will report them.
