Bad service

Good Day I've experienced a bad service at pep cell in Johannesburg, I was paying an account I gave the lady who was helping me my phone to check my account number, then I forgot my phone there at the til point, and called them to confirm that I left my phone but it was denied the lady who was helping me was Nontsikelelo but she denied, I asked for a footage but also denied it, I even went to the police station but no help was given
