Bad service

My parcels were mixed up from day by *********** staff member at Pep and promised that the issue was sorted, the parcel was dropped off to the wrong store and now I have to wait for more days to get the parcel and whenever I call no one is assisting instead the last agent I spoke to wanted to sell the insurance to me. My other parcel was scheduled for yesterday but still nothing. Very bad experience. I want my parcels delivered ASAP
