Bad service

I am very disappointed with the service that i received from your Pep Home Parrow Centre store. My husband and i entered the store with a trolley looking to purchase household and decor items. A lady i think she was a cashier or supervisor then very rudely shouted at us NO Trolleys Allowed in the store, she the came close and opened her arms as if we are children after my husband turned around to leave the store. It was if she wanted to throw us out. I felt humiliated and she made us feel like a *******. I hope that this will be addressed because never in my life have i seen such ****ty customer service. Because of her attitude that store lost out on a +-R3000 sale today. I will never set foot in any PEP stores again.
