bad service

On 14/4/2015 I went to pep in mcclean street in Brits. Went there to buy school clothing when i took the shirts and tops the price was eraesed with a black pen.For me it meqns you pay less, when I got to the cashier the price was more. I told the cashier that that is not right they are suppose to put the new prices first while erasing prices. She told me that the system shows that price so that is what I must pay but as a clients right you are suppose to pay what the label says and in this case there were no price. When she called the manager she just told me there is nothing they can do about it because that is the price the system gives. Dont jnow what criteria or training you give your managers and staff but they have absolutely no problem solving skills and are unhelpfull and clearly has no idea what they are doing. How *********** are the staff not to indicate if something is marked up and that means I am paying increased pruces for old good. Its pathetic
