Bad Service

Good day, I am very disappointed in Pep Macassar Service, we went to go buy a cellphone today and they said we must wait and half an hour, then we wait and then we went back again after and half and hour and the lady told us she forgot can we wait another half and hour so we said no it is already hot outside as we waited already so long, with my baby of 1 years old I am disappointed in their service really.
