Bad service

My parcel was dispatched on the 24 June 2020,when I track the parcel is still at Durban Hub on the 9th day,I called the customer care line and the guy told me to give it 2-3 days to be shorted, I mean that's not 7-9 days, I will never recommend Paxi to anyone
