Bad service

On the 08 September 2025 i went to pay bill for water at Pep Fourway. They typed a wrong easypay number and i realised after a month that the bill was not paid and i went to the Pep and notified them. They reprinted the slip but some of the numbers were not clear so the Easy-pay said wont manage to help since the numbers on slip are not clear.
