Bad service
The service i got at Pep was very poor, i went to do clothing exchange at Johannesburg CBD cnr Eloff and Plein street. First the cashier that was serving me was very bitter Lebogang she was communicating with me with her language no name tag and she was ****ed off by me to an extent where by she'ven throw my change i picked it on the floor you can check your cctv footage as proof. When i was approaching an exit i open my plastic bag to show to show slip to the security i noticed the is an iterms short,i went back to her i explained the is a per of shoe missing she rep**** with attitude saying you didn't buy shoes,by her doing so she gave a customer a big right to disrespect me. She said stand there she is assisting me and i need my privacy with a big stincky attitude that's when i started to be angry by seeing I'm being disrespected ,the customer said where is the security to esscot her out, there comes a security with one of the staff member who was called to override my iterms by the name of Pamela no name tag to her as well i saw their names in a till slip she came and pull me by hand i asked why are you pulling my hand, she said i want to talk to you the question i asked why don't you attend the matter than pulling hand Imagen I'm carrying my baby and I'm pulled. She said I'm not going to assist you and walked away i went back to the cashier, she was was busy talking laughing with the same customer of which supposedly they speak the same language,i found that ********* and lack of customer service,Pamela staff went at the store exit and said to the security i wish that lady beats up this fool thinking i wasn't listening. The question i have in my mind after this trash of a service is if this Pamela is a superior to Lebogang how she manage the shop, did they went through to a customer service training or Pep trains its staff to give good service according the physical appearance in them? I'm also questioning how did they got that job if they can't serve the customer they promised to serve when signing their contracts? Do they serve customers according to the customers appearance in their eyes? Why do i only have to get good service when i go to the Malls only, does that mean in the CBD i must be treated like ******* yet I'm supporting the very same shop that's its workers service is not the same? After your cashier discovered she was wrong i left with that service I'm not happy your store doesn't deserve my money again I'm furious.
