Bad service

A friend of mine bought me plates, s****s and mugs at pep northgate branch after i lost my house on fire unfortunately i had lots of that from my family then i decided to take it bck to pep to exchange with sumthng i can used it but hey the cashier and the so called manager show me flames of humiliation that they wont return my 2 mugs as they had chips on them while they were bought like that i should take it bck where it was bought it will cause them stockloss.pep protea gardens was where i shop every time as it is the nearest with me so how come i must be send to northgate just to exchange 2 mugs which it was bought in pep and i do have a slip with me .The attitude and the bad customer service that i receive from that branch protea gardens makes me hate pep with passion.wen i ask for my slip bck i was told to go out to the internet cafe to photocopy as they wont do it for me what the hell is going on with that shop im so dissapointed where i dont wish to go and shop at any pep again.I tried to contact head office but they are as bad as their shop this means they tolarate this kind of behaviour in their shops .they should close their shops if they cant help people with love and dignity.
