Bad Service

We bought a phone at pep Thohoyandou shop 1 which we later realise it was malfunctioning,took it back after a day however was advised it will be taken in for repairs.The phone came back after 3 weeks only to realise that its completely dead after unpackaging. Called the store to advise on this and was bluntly told about the warranty when requesting to rather get a replacement. The manager says she is unable to override any policy and its not her responsibility to amend any rules,Sad part about this we have used an amount of R150 to get a R230 phone fixed
