bad service

Went to pep home in president square on the 23 March 2015, the item that I wanted was finished so the lady called pep home vereeniging to ask if they have white and brown throw, as she poke to Gift she told me that they have I must go and collect it the following day, I went to from vanderbjilpark to vereeniging to collect the item, as I got there I asked for Gift then he gave me the throw, I then told him that the colour is wrong , he then change the tone of voice and said IT IS NOT WRONG, I said the colour is white brown and maroon, he then excused himself without any, apology I then requested to see the manager , unfortunately he was the manager , he asked me that I'm I going to fight him now? I tryed to speak to him but the level of attitude was too high, I then asked for his senior s number to complain , he then wrote the numbers for me, without any apology. I called his superior to lay a formal complain the Lady apologised on his behalf and told me that he will apologies.
