Bad service

Paxi is the worst courier services ever , my parcel is still not at the right store after i paid R100 for fast delivery . The cashier that was assisting me at Shoe city Richards Bay chose the wrong store to be delivered to, she was so grumpy with bad attitude . I am not happy at all . From the 30th off June my brother is still waiting for his parcel now. What must i do cause even their call centre is not helping me a all😡😡😡
