Bad Service

I went to Pep store in Khumalo street Thokoza ,I have never seen such horrible service,1 till is open and the are 19 people in the Queue waiting to be assisted by 1 person, totally unacceptable service,Pep store Thokoza Khumalo street please do something about this issue ASAP.
