Bad service

I bought a phone at pep cell keywest I needed to return the phone since it was damage and not my responsibility. Consultant were rude and didn't take the phone was told I will have to pay extra money within 7 days guarantee. No more shame. I sent an email was told to wait for response from regional manager till today
