Bad service

Pep store has the most disgusting service and the reason why their employees keep doing this is because nothing is being done nobody even replies to customer complaints we just get ignored, today I went to pep cell store number 4987 to send a parcel I didn't have a store number that I was sending to I asked the cashier if he could check for me because they normally and he is like we don't do that here I must buy data and I must check I told him I don't have money for data and he is like to the person you sending the parcel to buy you data, I have never been so humiliated standing there in store trying to get data I called the customer service I was dropped pep has pathetic service its so disappointing
