Bad service

Pep at Airport mall is not baby friendly at all. They're services is poor. I had to carry my 4mnths baby in my arms while shopping because the store does not allow baby prams to enter the store. I didn't even finish my shopping because my baby got too heavy on my arms. Stores needs to be more baby friendly.
