Bad service

I sent a parcel on the 2nd of February it was supposed to be delivered within 5 working days but that never happened.I have communicated with Paxi via phone calls and whatsapp I just get told I will be contacted back .what is on the parcel is worth R5000 so I really can not afford to loose that much rather return my parcel.
