Bad service

So today on the 28/03/2023 I went in pep at maponya mall looking for shoes for my baby girls so I went to a side were the was baby slippers so the was a signage written R19 in the slippers with the code *** so I took them so we i got to the till to pay the lady named charity scanned them and she told M they were R49.99 I was like I saw them at R19 and I asked her to go with me so I show her so when we got to the side the sinnage was there and she showed the lady mbali who was workin there and they were like mayb the sinnage fell and someone put it by mistake which the mbali lady was sayin with attitude I was like well I want it in that price I show, mbali kept sayin with attitude that I must pay the 49.99 the slippers can't be R19 I personally felt disrespected and felt there was no customer service if the lady can talk to me in. Anyway she likes, she was like to charity give her in 19 customers are annoying so with fwstration I feel this should be reported as il never set my foot in that store I even told charity as she let me paid so instate of them overidin the actual shoe to R19 thy munised the 30 and took off the tag so I don't no what happens should i want to exchange, so that was the worst service iv came. Across, mbali in pep maponya gave me the worst service ever
