BAD SERVICE

I placed an order with Pep Stores online in early December 2025. The goods did not reach me in time, so I cancelled the order. It is now mid-February, and every consultant keeps informing me to go and collect the goods at a store. I cannot handle the frustration of the constant excuses and Pep Online not performing as expected.
