Bad service

I was at pep Lenasia branch 6410 yesterday, I was so disappointed with the service I got from the cashier Rose Khazimula with tag name Khanyi,and overrider Xolani,, I think this overrider is the franchise owner of pep because he was telling me that they don't exchange curtain hooks even if they are not opened,, they are like under wear,, really now,,I had exchanged in jhb pep home ellof street on Thursday were I received nice service. Apparently now I can only exchange 1ns and they didn't give me a receipt because I was exchanging for the second time.that cashier Khanyi has been working for pep for more than 5 years and yesterday she was asking Xolani which option to choose for my exchange "wrong size or what?"she asked.The nerve of those people they don't know that sometimes the people they are serving have been employed as shop assistants before.we know the tricks too.I could have caused a scene but I gathered myself. over and above all,, I was not happy when I got out of that store.
