Bad service

I was just served by a Lady called Sphamandla from PEP Home maponya mall. I bought a few items and I asked for a Paxi so I can send some items to PEP Alex. The lady gave me a bad attitude while serving me and then told me to stand aside mind you I am still waiting for her to assist me with Paxi and I already payed for the plastic. She made me wait while she was serving other people (more than 1 customer). I complained that she made wait, she told me she forgot about me and that she will come after assisting another customer who came after the one I was complaining when she was attending to. I feel disrespected and belittled by that lady, she just gave me a bad service.
