Bad service

Today went to pep home in Mamelodi east Mams mall. To drop off item [ earrings] for my cousin.. the lady she said she won’t assist me. Said what if the items get damaged. It’s not the first time I drop off earrings. She asked me to go pep cell outside which if next to boxer there by Mams malls. I got there, same they failed to assist me too.
