Bad service

I don't know where to start, but my story goes like this. On the 22/04/2021 went to Pep at Hlahla Street Atteridgeville and I picked up 3-4 toddler clothes for winter.. I told them to keep them safe for me until 23/04/2021.i asked them what time do they open and they said 8am.On the 23/04/2021 I was at the door ready to pay but only relised that whatever told me to go to the shop will tell me to leave. There were three ladies and one security and they never said anything to me. Finally when I thought they are opening the door for me around 08h04 the security guy was sent to buy bread. When he came back he passed me at the very same door that was closed so that I couldn't enter. No explanation until I decided to leave around 08h21am.If this is your standard at Pep well you have out done yourself you deserve to pat yourself on the shoulder.
