Bad service

Bought few clothes at pep Pretoria CBD church street then travelled back home only to find a pair of shoes doesn't fit my child searched for the receipt couldn't find it.went to kamaqhekeza plaza pep store got the very same shoes with a size bigger,ask for an exchange they refused,I told them I can go take out my bank statement to show the name of the shop and all but they refused,i called the area manager we couldn't hear each other due to network,then she told to go back in store ask for Pearl the manager to give me the store phone so we can talk but the manager blatantly refused.Ever since the area manager said she will get back to me nothing from them.
