Bad service

I went to Pep stores Mafikeng Square on the 1st of June 2020 to send a parcel and 9 days later when I track the parcel, it hasn't left the store. I called them and asked why my parcel hasn't left the store. They gave me some story that Skynet came to collect my parcel with the wrong information. That's not what I wanted to hear coz I'm not dealing with Skynet but with Pep staff. They were very rude and I'm going there tomorrow to demand my parcel and money back coz they give very bad service.
