Bad service

They were running a special on Vaseline, buy 1 get 1 free for R59.99. The special was advertised just inside the shop on a big board. The special went fron the 25th of October to the 13th of November. There was no stock, the staff said they were waiting for it to arrive. They took my name and number but never phoned me. I went to 3 diffirent stores but there were never any stock available. After the manager at Metlife pep said she could not helpme, I send an email but a verry uninformed person answered amd said it was only while stocks lasted. There were never any stock and a firm cannot advertise if they do not have stock on hand. I asked for a rain check, but then again, no help from pep . I am very unhappy with the service and answers. I buy the vaseline for our 8 boys in the MTR Smit childrens home.
