Bad Service

Today I went to PEP HOME Delmas to buy few things when I got to the cashier (Lerato) I asked her to check if the ain't any cracks on the dinner set that I just bought Lerato didnt have a problem but the lady that was behind her whispered something to Lerato and said to me "we have checked it" I asked Lerato again if I wont get any surprises she answered "No" i trusted them and left

When I get home I opened my Dinner set to find a broken Mug , what do I do now ? Drive back and waste my petrol to something I asked them to do ??

Iam so disappointed and Angry at them, how do I ever Trust PEP HOME ?
