Bad service

Bad service at Pep in Letsoho shopping center. I went to buy a simcard and they told me i cannot buy unregistered sim yet previous day my mother bought it. That lady was rude and has attitude shes a teller and light in complexion she probably in her 40's even the way she looked at me its undermining il never buy in that store ever again i even complained on Peps complains department they told me they cant find that store there after they never rep**** back the service is poor even on complaints department
