BAD SERVICE

I went to pep cell at bt ngebs mall today, i had a parcel i had to collect from the store then a lady who did not have a name badge helped me, she gave me a form to fill the at the bottom of the form i had to sign and it was written that i had to check if the parcel was in order. So the lady said i must sign then i told her that let me first see the parcel if its what am expecting. She said so if its not that means am not gonna sign i told her that am acting according to what is written on the form she gave me yhoo she shouted me, first of all i dont understand how she assist customers with such poor service and bad attitude with no name tag on. If i will ever use pep again i will think twice but as for pep cell at ngebs hay shaim i will never ever go there and i will make sure that no one close to me will ever use that store.
