bad service

i went to Pep Hatfield Pretoria ,where i found Wilhelmina who gave me attitude,i went to exchange a dress where i told her that i lost a slip and what she said was "we give these slips for you to use when you need to exchange ,so if you dont have it we cant exchange for you"
