bad Service

I bought I cell from pep cell the month of November at pep cell steeldale. within a month the cellphone just switched off and didn't want to go on. so I took it back it was in repairs for about a month. when we received it back they gave us another handset it wasn't the same phone with the same ip no as the previous phone the one we handed in for repairs. hardly two months the phone switched of again. so I took it back, the phone screen is cracked but when I took in it I explained that the cracks weren't the problem the problem was that the phone did the same as the previous phone it just switched of. so they took it and booked it. after three weeks on following up they told me that the hand set was misplaced then a week after that they told me that the receipt's was mixed up so they couldn't book the phone. it was returned. couple of weeks into it they told me they cant fix the phone, then it was another excuse. finally the just said the refuse to fix the phone as it was not the same hand set. but it is the one they gave to us as a replacement. say that phone was already taken somewhere else to repair, but it wasn't as it was the phone they gave me. I still have the receipts they gave me with ip no's on and the phone is still with them . I haven't collected it yet. why should I pay a 1000 for a phone that was barely used and should just be left like this
