Bad service

I opened a pep money card, i used the card once for a purchase and have been depositing money. On Monday I tried purchasing and it declined saying "Do not Honour". I called Pep Money card call center to understand why is my card declining, they advised me to go to Pep store to try and swipe it so they can see what's the problem. I got there and they sent me to Absa, they checked the account and said it's okay i should just withdraw all my money. Tried withdrawing and it said I should contact my bank, i went back to Pep and they requested a bank statement and that I should come back today, i went there only to be told that I should contact the call center to ask them to block the card so they can re-issue. Everyone is just giving me a run around and I don't even understand why, i just need my money so that i can't just destroy and stop this card.. I'm just too tired
