Bad service

I'm very disappointed in Pep at Springbok Plaza Springbok. I wanted to send a parcel with Paxi but the cashier **** to me . She said the machine has an error but she never show me but she was talking her manger or supervisor without having the cell phone in her hand . I'm really disappointed.
