BAD Service

Bad Service I just received from Pep Greenstone, not only did the teller call another person whilst serving me , but she went on to select the incorrect address for my PEXI and when i told her she selected the incorrect option she insisted that i am the one who selected it, called the manager and the manager told me that they cant receive it , while i am there, i should call the person who is fetching the parcel and tell them of the new address. No apology was offered ,instead i was accused that i am the one who chose the address, in a nutshell , 'deal with it kinda attitude'. I normally receive very good service there, but this girl had no time no patience to give a proper service, not asking her to go out of her way, but just to serve me as a deserving customer.
