Bad Service

Hi On the 26th January 2019 I bought a cellphone (Kicka 3) at Carlton Centre Pep Cell in Johannesburg. As per adverti*****t the cellphone package was that I will get 250 data every month for 12 months but to date I have not received any data. To my surprise when I phoned Vodacom today I was told that the PEP sales person should have told me that I need to phone Vodacom within 7 days so that I will be able to get data . The sales person never told me that. Now it means I won't be getting the data due to sales person fault. Regards Goodman
